Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with consumer protection laws, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Returned products must be new, unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.
Exception: Live products (beneficial insects, nematodes, microorganisms, etc.) cannot be returned due to their perishable nature. If you encounter an issue upon delivery, please contact our customer service by email and attach photos so that we can review your request.
Before returning any item, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service to help us process your request efficiently.
Return shipping costs, including postage, are entirely the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of our error or if the product is defective.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method used for your original order.
To return a product:
- Include a note with your order reference and the reason for the return.
- Carefully package the product to prevent damage during transport.
- Post the parcel to the address below.
