General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (TCS/TU)
1. About us
EDGE, a single-member limited liability company (EURL) with share capital of €4,918, whose registered office is located at 40 rue Pierre Mérigon, SAINT-LOUBÈS (33450), France, registered with the Bordeaux Trade and Companies Register under number 848 590 675 00056 (hereinafter the "Company"), markets biological control products to its Customers through its Website.
2. Preamble
The Company invites Users to read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (hereinafter the "TCS/TU") carefully. Any Order placed implies full and unconditional acceptance of the TCS/TU.
The characteristics of the Products are indicated on the Website. It is the Customer’s responsibility to review them before making any purchase. Photographs and graphics displayed are not contractually binding.
The Customer acknowledges having read and accepted the TCS/TU before confirming the Order.
The TCS/TU apply to all sales concluded on the Website and prevail over any conflicting document, in particular the Customer’s general terms and conditions of purchase.
In the event of any amendment, the TCS/TU applicable shall be those in force on the date of the Order.
3. Definitions
"Customer": any person who has placed an order;
"Order": any purchase made on the Website;
"TCS/TU": these present terms and conditions;
"Consumer": any natural person acting outside the scope of their professional activity;
"Products": goods offered for sale on the Website;
"Professional": any person acting within the scope of their professional activity;

"Company": EDGE;
"User": any person browsing the Website.
4. Registration
Registration is open to adults with legal capacity.
The User undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information and is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
The Company shall not be held liable in the event of identity theft or fraudulent use of an account.
5. Orders
An Order is validated once it has been confirmed and paid for.
A confirmation email is sent to the Customer.
The Order constitutes a distance sales contract.
6. Products and prices
Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), excluding delivery charges.
Products are offered subject to availability.
7. Payment terms
Payment is due immediately.
Accepted payment methods:
- Secure bank card
- Bank transfer
- Cheque
In the event of late payment:
- Professionals: ECB rate +10 points + fixed compensation of €40
- Consumers: legal interest rate
8. Delivery
Delivery areas:
- Mainland France
- Corsica
- Belgium
- Switzerland
- Luxembourg
- Monaco
The Company may adapt the carrier if necessary.
In the event of a delay exceeding 14 days (excluding force majeure), the Customer may request termination of the contract.
9. Complaints
The Customer has 48 hours after delivery to report any issue.
Specific clause for biological products:
Effectiveness depends on many external factors (climate, method of application, environment). No guarantee of results is given.
9.1 Live products
Perishable products subject to strict conditions.
Complaint period: 24 hours with supporting evidence.
Possible outcome: store credit only.
No refund or replacement.
10. Right of withdrawal
Period: 14 days except for exceptions provided by law (including perishable products).
Return costs are borne by the Customer.
11. Transfer of risk
Professionals: upon handover to the carrier.
Consumers: upon delivery.
12. Legal warranties
Compliance and hidden defect warranties apply in accordance with the French Consumer Code and Civil Code.
13. Amendments
The Company may amend the TCS/TU at any time.
14. Personal data
Data processing is carried out in compliance with the GDPR.
15. Data sharing
Data is shared only to ensure the proper functioning of the service.
16. Security
Security measures are implemented without any obligation to achieve a specific result.
17. Cookies
Cookies are used to improve the user experience.
18. Liability
The Company shall not be held liable for interruptions or delays beyond its control.
19. Intellectual property
All elements of the Website are protected.
20. Disputes and jurisdiction
French law shall apply.
21. Acceptance
The Customer accepts these TCS/TU.
22. Disputes – Consumer mediation
In the event of a dispute, the Customer must first contact the Company in an attempt to reach an amicable resolution.
Failing a response within one (1) month, the Consumer Customer may refer the matter free of charge to the following mediator:
