In autumn, they prepare for winter and during winter, birds need more fat to keep themselves at the right temperature. They can lose up to 10% of their body weight on a cold night. These mealworms are a healthy, protein-rich snack for birds and can feed them all year round.

Great tits, blue tits, starlings, house sparrows, spotted nutcrackers, blackbirds, wrens and robins love mealworms.
